Local railroad company plans to rebuild industrial property in Washington destroyed by fire 13 years ago.

Thirteen years after a devastating fire, a building rises from the ashes in a historic industrial site that once was home to German prisoners of war.

Counting construction costs and sophisticated equipment that will be inside the new building, it’s an estimated $7.2 million project in Washington.
