Peoria helps struggling businesses with grant money

This summer, the city of Peoria provided help for Lee and 35 other Peoria enterprises. World On Wheels was awarded $10,000 under the recovery section of the city of Peoria’s RISE Grant. RISE stands for recovery, income, startup and expansion.
