It’s right in the center of the state, it’s centrally located. You’re within 500 miles of probably half the population of the country. As far as from a transportation situation, as far as deliveries, it’s a good place to be based. Cost per square foot to operate is much lower than in a major metro market and we do have a strong manufacturing and labor base that’s pretty well-versed as far as technical abilities. We also have the Incubator and some other things that Bradley (University) and the community have put together to try and get more into the high tech end of things and facilitate startups and just be open to new business. – Dan Hayes, Federal Companies
